P.S. Wait a minute... Dewgong... where did you get that massive pearl from?! Jokes aside, I think I prefer the bubbles here to the ones I did on my Milotic one. And I also went for a bit of realism, trying to imitate some sort of creased white fabric for Dewgong's fins and tail.
