Aw, how adorable this one is. Vulpix looks really cute with that ribbon there, even when its not visible where it goes. 
Fun fact my favorite non-starter and non-legendary Fire-type is Ninetales, so this time we got favs of the same evolutionary line. 
Rapidash was always a close 2nd place for me though Ninetales won the debate ever since Alolan forms were introduced, even when the regional specimen are no longer Fire-types. They always looked fluffy but their icy counterparts are even more fluffy and the white fur on them looks really elegant. Not to take away from the original fiery foxes of course, they are just as lovable.
